Alguma nova forma de reinventar o batom?

Nada como percorrer galerias e galerias de imagens das passerelles a cada nova estação para descobrir o que os designers e respectiva equipa de beleza estiveram a engendrar. E, caras beauties, já só não o faço com uma perna às costas porque estou sentada. 🙂

Antes de dissecar cada tendência a fundo nas páginas da Vogue, decidi fazer um pequeno resumo do que se vai passar nos próximos meses em matéria de lábios – e se neste momento estão dentro de uma loja de maquilhagem os batons que devem agarrar devem preencher os seguintes requisitos:

• Tingidos: para um efeito de lábios ‘manchados’. Dê preferência a cores mais escuras, como os vermelhos sangue de boi.
• Góticos: black is back, e para dificultar as coisas, na sua versão mais glossy. Acho que lhe podemos dar uma hipótese (depois disso, estão por vossa conta).
• Ao natural: ufa, uma tendência com a qual acordamos. #sqn: a maioria dos lábios ‘naturalmente’ rosados que vemos nas imagens requerem uma lista de cuidados de esfoliação e hidratação e um batom a finalizar.
• Cor de pastilha elástica: e outros familiares tão pouco discretos, como os laranjas, azuis e por ai fora. Os anos 80 ligaram e querem os seus batons de volta – mas nós não lhes vamos dar! 😉
• Delineados: a minha favorita! estes da Vionnet [ver galeria acima] em dourado são q-u-a-l-q-u-e-r c-o-i-s-a! <3

Any new way of reinventing lipstick?

There’s nothing like travelling through galleries and galleries of photos of the runway at each new season to discover what the designers and their makeup team have been up to. And, dear beauties, boy do I do it often!

Before talking about each trend in detail on the pages of Vogue, I decided to do a little summary of what is going to be hot in the next months, in terms of lips – and if you happen to be shopping right now, the lipsticks you pick should check the following :

• Tainted: to give your lips a “stained” effect. Go for darker colors, like a blood-ish red.
• Gothic: black is back, and to make things a little bit harder, in its glossier version. I guess we can give it the benefit of the doubt (after that, it’s all up to you).
• All natural: at last, a trend we all wake up with. #wewish: most of the “naturally” rosy lips we see out there require a list of cares like exfoliating, hydrating and a lipstick to finalize.
• Bubblegum: and other not so discrete familiar colors like orange, blue… the list goes on. The 80’s called and they want their lipsticks back – but we’re not giving them! 😉
• Lined: my favorite trend!  These ones by Vionnet (check the gallery above) in gold are something of another world! <3
