Podia resumir isto assim: siga esta conta. Porquê? Vamos lá: JoJa é a junção de Joséphine (Skriver) and Jasmine (Tookes). As duas são anjos da Victoria’s Secret e criaram este perfil no Instagram para partilhar a sua rotina de treinos em fotos e vídeos (daqueles óptimos para imitarmos em casa). Dizem, elas, que o foco está mais em ‘girl power’ do que em ‘ficar fit’. Mas parece-me a mim que o resultado é o melhor dos dois mundos – e isso só traz vantagens.

“A melhor parte de treinar com uma amiga é que ela faz-nos ultrapassar os nossos limites – se ela fizer 15 flexões, eu faço 16”, explicam as modelos. Nos exercícios a duas incluem-se poses de yoga, treino de força, dicas de cardio e musculação. Se acha que só por serem ‘magras’ não levantam pesos está bem enganada…

É caso para dizer: #fitnesspartnergoals. Não querem mais uma para se juntar à festa, meninas? JojaSu?

Let’s see: JoJa stands for Joséphine (Skriver) and Jasmine (Tookes), two Victoria’s Secret angels that created this Instagram account to share their fitness routines with photos and videos (and they are “try this at home” approved). They say that the focous is more on “girl power” than on “being fit”, but it looks like the result is the best of both worlds – and that is kind of amazing.

Instagram as a training ally?

“The best part of working out with a friend is that she makes you push yourself and your limits – if she does 15 pushups, I’ll do 16″, the models explain. The exercises include yoga poses, intense workout, cardio and body building tips (if you think that just because they’re “thin” they don’t lift, you’re very wrong… these exercises give them their wings…). Well…#fitnesspartnergoals, am I right? (don’t you want another friend to join the party, girls? JoJaSu?)
